Soya Life had been working with Cantaloupe for several years, sending monthly email newsletters that showcase their science-based articles. But they needed to reach more B2B clients, such as dieticians and pharmacists, as well as other individuals who are interested in plant-based eating and lifestyles.
The Cantaloupe team created targeted, cost-effective lead-generation campaigns for Facebook and Instagram. Ad creative was tailored to appeal to different audiences, and the social lead forms – which were prepopulated with users’ details – were integrated with Mailchimp. This meant that users who opted in could automatically be added to the relevant Mailchimp mailing lists, and an automation could instantly trigger a welcome email.
The campaigns were extremely successful, quickly generating strong engagement, community growth, and hundreds of leads.
