Challenges and outcomes
Labotec’s goal was to send a newsletter to their database every month, but this was challenging as they were using MailChimp’s email builder for their newsletters, and the built-in templates needed to be adapted each time to fit their content. A lot was already being done well, but we wanted to make email production easier with a custom template that could be populated quickly.
Our team created an adaptable template with different content sections, including links to their blog and featured products. Because the right structure and branding elements are now in place, it’s much quicker and easier to produce the newsletters, and there’s greater consistency in terms of the design and branding.
By reducing production time, we’ve helped Labotec achieve their goal of sending a newsletter every month.
