Challenges and outcomes
Improved email branding, delivery and engagement were key, but the Bud Group also needed to share different types of content with their audiences. We were up to the challenge! Our team created responsive email campaigns that were perfectly on brand and could accommodate both PDF and video.
We also helped Bud verify and segment their database. This enabled them to create several Bud communities (including leadership groupings, business communities and staff) and tailor communication to their audiences’ needs.
The email campaigns were a huge success, with open rates reaching 90% and massive engagement.
It wasn’t all about email, though. In June they launched their first 2 Zoom “Budcasts”. We assisted with the Zoom setup and branding, as well as the email invitations. The email conversion rates were staggering – 50% of invitees attended the first webinar, and 70% attended the second.
