We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to help the Cantaloupe team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a new shared workspace in Mossel Bay.

You’ll be providing administrative support to a remote working team and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the workspace.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Cantaloupe team with:

  • Admin: Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Assistance with preparing reports.
  • Marketing Tasks: Assist with posting on social media, updating website, and email campaigns.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

Workspace Assistance:

  • Ensure the workspace is clean and organised.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrator or similar role. Please provide references.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software; strong organisational and multitasking abilities; customer service-oriented mindset.
